Before I retired, I traveled by air 48 weeks per year. I've been thru dozens of airports across the country and these airports have either local law enforcement or security firms contracted to provide security. TSA screens travelers and their luggage, they do not "guard exits". We can be sure that ICE thugs at airports are going to cause more problems for travelers. Chalk up another trmp failure.
