Texas, Sweet Texas - It is really not shocking that multiple things are going on to prevent voting access - the last day to register is October 5th. I feel like this is connected to the news that over 1 million people were suspended from the voter rolls. How many people checked their status and wondered why I wasn't registered or why my address was the Department of Motor Vehicles (it was a co-worker's address)? Which shows that even if the polls are right, you have to be ready to vote because these fuckers here in the Sweet State of Texas are rotten to the core.
I saw that Tuberville clip yesterday. WTF is his point? He also was ranting about trans people. Is the point to get us to put anyone MAGA doesn't like into mental institutions? I honestly could not see any other "reason" for his lies. Scary stuff since he is running for Governor. Horrible.

When I was in high school in Germany my dad was the Commander of a Fighter Squadron. The sound of jets always reminds me of him. He took that Squadron to Nam, and when they were pinned down by Russian MiGs while protecting a supply company, he flew into the clouds, came up behind them, & shot them down. Received a DFC for it.
