Yep - what it says is I don't put up with political interference. Amplifying certain talking points in an effort to discourage engagement (or put another way, to get people to shrug and give up). Expecting politicians to just change and become perfect overnight, especially without feedback from constituents, particularly positive reinforcement, is absurd and a reasonable person wouldn't suggest something like that.

I’m concerned that as fractured as the Democratic Party has become, that despite warnings, people will get in the way of each other and … well, you know eventually what that will mean. There’s still entirely too much talking and virtually no action—no cohesive, unified leadership, which is what it will take to turn this thing around. Yet, it galls me that we keep getting mailers and emails begging for donations. It’s a slap in the face because I don’t see that the Party has done much of anything. Sure, it takes money to run successful campaigns, but until there’s a monumental change and our party gets its act together, it sure seems that it would be our good money we sorely need in this economy, tossing out the window to the winds like it has been for far too long! There are too many complicit on our side and also a few strange bedfellows with those on the right.
