There was a long article about Fetterman in New York Magazine. I’ll link it but it might be paywalled. Apparently his behavior has been very erratic and the stroke probably made everything worse. He was also hospitalized for depression. Of course one has compassion for that but I am very unhappy with his performance.

He even had a stroke during the campaign, and he got elected anyway. You had no way to know how unstable or dishonest he was. If you voted for him, then you live in PA, and you probably remember who was the alternative. Looking back to that time, would you rather have had that alternative, not knowing what Fetterman would turn into?

Many, many years ago, I saw Jesse Jackson speak in person. (My ex-boyfriend's band was playing at the event and I tagged along.) It was amazing. Everyone knows Jackson was an eloquent speaker but the charisma! It was like the entire audience (standing room only) was pulled closer to the stage with each word he spoke. He was mesmerizing. RIP.
I don't agree with making it harder for us married women (who changed our names) to vote. That being said, I think the Repubs should think about which women will find it difficult to obtain voter ID because of a name change: Smart women or Sue Marie Billy Bob Conway.
And who is also more likely to have a passport? The majority of college educated women who fucking hate President pedo or the trad wives who vote like their husbands tell them?
Just like the redistricting, it feels like a poorly thought out strategical move. Unless they plan to just straight up steal the election. Which seems highly likely at this point.

I’m proud of my NM state officials for opening the investigation into Zorro Ranch. Robert Duvall was one of my favorite actors. I loved him in every movie he did. My favorite was him playing Augustus McCray in Lonsome Dove with Tommy Lee Jones as Woodrow Call. It was epic 💙💙
