In order to tank the inauguration TV ratings (something the orange values a lot) we were advised to keep the TV on, but just have it on HGTV, the Food Channel or any channel that is NOT broadcasting the inauguration.
They count the number of TVs on and what they are tuned to. The goal is to have many TVs on but not on the inauguration…it will tank the inauguration ratings. Keep your tvs on and on the other channels. It’s a form of protest and rebellion you can do today.
That's my plan. Home sick with some respiratory thing, so watching NatGeo Pompeii archeological shows all day. Not watching a second of today's shtshow if possible. BTW, apparently Emperor Nero covered everything in gold too, including chamber pot :/
While I’m glad for the pre-emptive pardons that President Biden has issued, it is sad to know he had to protect people from the vindictive President-Elect. Peace, everyone.
My AMC theater is showing Conclave, so I’m going to go watch some political drama 2000 years in the making instead of Pervert Hoover accepting his crown and scepter. Fun stuff. But I will leave my TV on to either The Twilight Zone or Ancient Aliens, both on free Pluto TV while I’m gone.
Pretty sure it was during 45s first administration that my language started to become more colorful 🖕🏼
And I have BIG plans today:
Logged out of Facebook and messenger for the week; not spending any money on tangible goods; making donations to The Carter Foundation, MA Vest-A-Dog, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and two small animal shelters. Then I am checking out a couple of opposition organizations. And I plan to watch Meidas Touch Puppies and Kittens on YouTube 😍
Strangely, I have been receiving emails from the “Orange one” this week, sometimes 2 a day, asking for donations, of course. The email states I have been “chosen” as a supporter, to able to purchase some sort of trinket — I don’t know, I delete it so fast I don’t remember the exact item.
My dog and I are there for the greatest fart noise ever at noon ET with all the other SPs. I’ll give her some 🧀 maybe some 🍕too. I’m gonna have to find a gas mask.

He did the right thing but it’s appalling he had to do it. People like Dr Fauci - who may have their flaws but spent a life in public service earning a pittance of what they could get in the commercial sector shame Trump with their selflessness.
Today I weep for humanity and the soul of our country. Tomorrow I put on my big girl panties and rejoin the fight against that fat piece of orange shit!!! Viva La Resistance 💙💪🏻
