For all our anger at the Fettermen and Fetterwomen in the Democratic Party, it’s nothing like the weak, pathetic, greedy, dishonest, hypocritical, cruel, and mentally deficient creature-filled Republican Party. (“Deplorable” turns out to have been much too kind a word.) I’ve been very heartened by the fact that we’ve put forward so many great and progressive candidates lately. I’ve waited a lot of decades for this trend.
It's not an important thing, but I would think the famous and bestest TV star in whole world would know not to hang around in green light - it makes you look like death warmed over. Or maybe he should just go on ahead - no one can tell the difference anyway.

Michigander here. Mallory was my first choice. I voted for Haley in the primary because I know how racist parts of the state are. Even I have been surprised by the level of Islamophobic vitriol. I was disappointed Harley’s endorsement of Rogers. I suspect that Abdul won the UP and other red areas of the state because Republicans were encouraged to cross over. Michigan has open primaries. However I have donated several times to Abdul. I am impressed by him but am worried that the race is so close.
