As to why....some of the richest people on the planet are so consumed by porn. And not just any porn...kiddie porn. And why do they need to have a way to undress everyone in the world?
And why do they insist they have a right to do this?
They have more money than God. They can do whatever they want.Why do we have to be involved?

She was testing whether you'd keep asking for the real ones after she said something absurd with a straight face. That's the actual mechanism. Not fooling you, exhausting you, until checking the number feels pointless.
And that's why "who's in charge of counting" matters more than which administration is doing the counting. BLS commissioner fired for a bad jobs report. DHS quietly deciding deaths off premises don't count. A casualty number that drops without anyone coming back to life. Different departments, same move: control the measurement, control the story, skip the part where anyone gets to check your work.
