Todd Blanche has been referred to the D.C. and the New York Bar and Woodward has been referred to the Florida Bar! One other lawyer cannot practice for a year in Florida! This is a huge ruling. The rule of law is alive and well! U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams is my hero!!!!!

Regarding Michigan: I am concerned, yes, about whether El-Sayed can win statewide (though if you believe polls, his chances seem similar to Stevens'). I am equally worried that progressives will stay home if they don't get the candidate they want (don't talk to me about AIPAC as though letting pro-Israel Mike Rogers get elected is somehow a principled choice). For my part, I am going to support the Dem candidate no matter what, and possibly actively campaign, which I have done only once (against gerrymandering). The stakes are too high to lose this seat to a Republican.
Virtually all the commercials you see in the MN Senate race are by super PACs supporting Angie Craig, paid for by dark money. She’s supported by AIPAC and crypto, whereas most of Peggy Flanagan’s money comes from small donors.
You nailed it with Abdul El Sayed. Peters' endorsement of Haley means nothing to me. He said he wouldn't endorse in the primary but there he went. For the record, Sen. Peters has never -- NEVER -- replied or acknowledged any of my calls or emails to his office in Detroit or D.C. the past decade. Useless.
