Rambo Kegsbreath AND EVERYONE up and down the Defense Department Chain-of-Command - from POTUS to whomever ‘pulled the trigger’ ARE MASS MURDERERS.

No Declaration of War exists.

The boat people, if indeed they were transporting illegal drugs, were transporting PRODUCTS THAT MILLIONS OF AMERICANS PURCHASE, WILLINGLY.

ZERO evidence exists that they were ‘terrorists’ and, even if they were, they were far from US Territorial waters and could just as easily been contained instead of being MURDERED.

Period.

That order to launch a second kill strike was just the beer talking.

They are all mass murderers. Between USAID, boat bombings, the NatG soldier, all the innocents ICE stole who committed suicided/died in detention, the people dying due to lack of $ for healthcare or being denied insurance/claims, the unvaccinated, the prolonged war with needless killings of Ukranians, starvation of Gaza people (and I know I'm forgetting many more)...most of the Cabinet, most of SCOTUS, most of Congress, many Govs (talking to you, Abbott!) & Agent Orange himself ARE MASS MURDERERS. P.S. Love that word "stanky" - I'm stealing it.

Trump was the one that said to kill all of them and passed that message down to Hegseth. We all heard it. He said he was going to bomb them all out of the water. I would think that would make them both murderers. Maybe Trump and Hegseth should be tried for war crimes together.

The law firms and the universities, with their cowardice, are doing as much damage to our democracy as Trump. Fuck them forever.

Since there has been no formal declaration of war, the activities no doubt fall under criminal law and constitute murder. I also found that the ICC does not have jurisdiction over International Waters. The nations who are victims of crimes at sea have to file complaints directly to the ICC to get any action.

Blowing up a boat in international waters that had/has survivors does not fall under the Geneva Convention as the act of blowing up the boat would be murder outside of an actual declaration of war, and picking up survivors and holding them would be kidnapping.

The UCMJ applies in that our military is obviously following illegal orders to blow up boats in International waters without the governance of Congress. These people in the military best be looking for their own attorneys as their actions aren't going to be covered and pardoned.

And if Hegseth in fact ordered 2 survivors to be killed after blowing up their boat, and drumpfy doesn't want to be near that kind of publicity, which it appears he does not, then petey boy is about to get thrown under the bus. We'll see if the bus actually runs over him this time.

I am also waiting to see if noem being thrown under the bus will result in jail time for contempt of court from Judge Boasberg. Should get really interesting before it is all over.

I read that the Geneva Convention would have jurisdiction over International waters. And as far as the Hague goes if enough of our allies (what we have left of them) pull together and unite to take this whole regime there to press charges, it could get done. I don't see why the UN can't call countries to unite over this atrocity to get this done.

I was just doing some research and there are many Geneva Conventions with agreements that not all countries have agreed to and signed, as well as Hague Convention with various agreements that not all Countries have agreed to and signed. But for the most part, I did find that Geneva Conventions do apply whether you are a signatory or not in times of conflict, declared war or just armed conflict without a formal declaration of war. But, there has to be some Country or Group of Countries, like NATO, for example, that oversee that the Geneva Conventions are being honored and it doesn't look like that is happening anywhere - not Ukraine, Not Gaza and NOT the international waters off Venezuela.

You guys need to actually read the article in HuffPost about Josh Brolin. He's definitely NOT a Trump supporter. The article calls them "former" friends and Brolin said that Trump is a "genius at marketing," which Brolin said is how Trump has been able to sell himself to people who are looking to fill a void. It also explains how he's able to grift so effectively. That's not support of Trump. It's an indictment of Trump supporters.
