So he throws them in jail. For 4 days.

At the Sotu, Ms. Rahman was arrested for standing when asked to sit down during the speech. She was accused of "unlawful conduct" by disrupting the Sotu. She was taken to the hospital for inuries she said was caused by rough treatment by Capitol police, before her appearance at the Capitol police station.
