If any Democrat is questioned by Beltway Bubble types and gets asked about President Biden's 'cognitive issues', their only response should be: "Prove to me you've asked the same question of Donald Trump AND not let him tap dance out of answering. Unless you've done that, I have nothing to say. The days of your media double standards are over."

The truth is new media is quickly replacing dinosaur media, and the dinosaurs have only themselves to blame.

This is a perfect first response a candidate should use if the question should arise from the click bait skewed media.

It is tragic that US corporate big media treat felonpotus and Republicans with kid gloves. Not reporting on fascist, treasonous, thoroughly corrupt fpotus and enablers is foresaking truth in favor of... what? Making fascism easy to like? Making us used to being snatched in the night and sent to a gulag? Lolling us with lies about how great a country we are with a malignant narcissist dictator? As our economy crashes for all but the top 2% money grabbers? As the rest of us scrabble in abject poverty while serving our masters? This is what big media wants, apparently. Mouthpieces for fpotus. Denigrate progressives as criminals. It is sickening to see these cowards embrace totalitarianism.

Trump is nuts. Why couldn’t the voters see this?

Millions of people voted for this guy, despite all the warning signs. Half these people would never let their child date a convicted felon, but they decided it was OK to give one the nuclear codes.

People will not learn their lessons when supporting this guy. They were sold a promise Trump can't deliver. He can unleash anger like no president before him, but that is it. So we have a pissed off white male running the country.

The Republican party no longer exists, it is simply the MAGA cult. In a cult, members don't think for themselves and certainly can't use their own words to defend their position. They use the words of their master.

Do you remember when Trump on the campaign trail said: “I care about your vote, I don’t care about you, I care about your vote” and they CHEERED? 🤦‍♀️

It's an embarrassment to be an American right now!

I will be wearing this "Don't blame me, I voted for her" t-shirt everyday until this nightmare ends 👇

Yes, all of that! And a human propensity to keep moving goalposts and adjusting where to draw the line. We all face the question of ethics and ideals vs. practical needs and considerations. What barrel have our capitalist bosses held us over for decades? What will we do to get and keep that income? How much will we take, what lines will we cross to pay rent, buy a car, pay the mortgage, buy designer labels, go on vacation, etc. Depending on our resources, it might be food on our plate. 45, Project 2025, the tech-bro oligarchs, christo-fascist nationalist Republicans - they've decided how far they're willing to go. They've sunk in so much, they can't back down now. They're testing to see how far the rest of us will go.

I wonder if Sean Hannity or Jesse Waters will phone up the Democratic spokesperson when Donald Trump passes on (hopefully he is deep sixed sooner than later) and apologize for doubting that Trump had dementia for his second term and well before.

100%!!! Well said, Adam and Sam. I agree that we need to look at potential candidates for 2026 and 2028 with a critical eye, but re-litigating Joe Biden and who knew what and when they knew it serves no one except the MSM.

The press/media have been like this since 2015, and it's great that they're being called out by someone with a much more widespread voice than mine.

Thanks, man.

Jake Tapper has ALWAYS been a Trump supporter. It was obvious as hell with HRC. Then the clown said he doesn't vote top of the ticket and really "doesn't see the need to vote as he's only one vote." I about fell outta my chair. He was talking to another CNN 'talent' when he said this. It was back when HRC was vs Trump. It was on his 3:00pm show if anyone wants to look for it. I don't have time for ANY biased shit from these clowns. I don't watch MSNBC anymore except for Ruhle on Fridays when she has her roundtable guests. I'll do my own research but I also realize I'm in the minority doing that. I'm thrilled Meidas Network is doing so well. I imagine Trump'll be tweeting early am's about them and trying to shut them down. A good friend once told me...."when you're heads above everyone else, you're gonna get hit with more stones." Apt advice.

EXCELLENT ADVICE. Please remember, and remind people as often as you can, of what the head honcho of CBS, Les Moonves, said about Degenerate Don's candidacy early in the 2016 primaries:

“It may not be good for America, but it’s damn good for CBS. ... Man, who would have expected the ride we’re all having right now? … The money’s rolling in and this is fun,”

I always thought JT had issues (internally) in conveying political information and moderating between factualness and mushiness - we're off TV news even MSNBC since Nov - too noxious - since 2015 (before) America has been very good at continuously inflicting damage on itself (Freud's death drive?) -- I'm only podcasts, Substacks, NYT and have to dose or filter it to protect our psyches ... Heathrow Airport docs on Amazon Prime are very good, 24 Hours in A&E and other good British NHS documentaries, especially the paramedic ones where real humanistic people want to go out into the world and help people ie "repair the world" on Amazon Prime, and many obsessive music documentaries and concerts, eg about the Elton John, Beatles, Beach Boys, Paul Simon, Paul Reubens-Pee Wee Herman, Amazon Music "deluxe" versions of albums, and other immersive stuff, with my then moderated obsessive NYT/podcast dosing of the terrible reality ... 🤓
