It's interesting that the stained-glass windows at the National Mall showed not Jesus (although his "white" cross made the scene), but the Founding Fathers, many of them not Christians but Deists. Why do you think they wanted separation of church and state? Maybe we should honor that as we "honor" them.
How about a taxpayers' law suit against Treasury and the president blocking settlement of the president's illegal lawsuit (there is no adversary here - he and Treasury are on the same side) to establish a $1.7B fund to compensate the president's friends and allies, including those who defecated in Congressional offices on Jan 6th? It needs to be initiated by an Order to Show Cause because this baloney needs to be stopped. Right now.
I joined the civil rights movement in 1968.. this is beyond devastating. I tried to explain how I feel to a 50-year-old woman, who doesn't know what the civil Rights movement was, who doesn't know when we hold elections, who doesn't vote. APATHY IS WHY WE ARE HERE TODAY!
