SAME here. It's going to be a real emotional night for me. Way back when Trump first ran I was on Facebook and I predicted everything that has happened. And my biggest warning to everyone was that Trump would kill comedy b/c he's such a narc and controlling bastard. I was right about it all! I'm NOT trying to brag, it's just that I seem to be given a gift of premonition which can be a very very uncomfortable position. It seems more like a curse than a gift. I'll be thinking about you tonight. Enjoy it. I know he'll be back, it just won't be the same.
It is my personal opinion that when Trump promised “no long-term wars” during his campaign rallies, it was his intention all along to flex the superior muscles he thinks he has. First he destroyed fishing boats in international waters. Then he did an in-and-out strike on Venezuela to flex his muscles (also as a trial run). He captured Maduro and his wife and threw them in jail. He did nothing about the Regime change because he gets along better with other Dictators.
We’re at war with Iran because he thought he could just hit them hard and get out fast, and that would be the end of it. He was wrong. He did what no other intelligent President before him agreed to do. He joined Israel and struck Iran only because he wanted to flex his muscles, again. He thinks he can be the strong leader others admire by sounding “tough.”
We are still in this mess because he can’t negotiate an end without looking weak.
So glad you guys are hanging in there each and every day. Think I'd have given up any and all hope for a decent future in the US if it weren't for your reporting (and irreverent humor). Keep up the great work!! ❤️🤍💙
