Let’s flood news agencies with photos and videos of us out yesterday! We deserve the right, honest coverage across ALL news agencies.
Tell them and Congress 12.1 million Americans protested (current count by Alt National Park Service coalition via Facebook, 50501 organization had said 11+ million and counting last night to then update later today).
Use/share this spreadsheet as a resource to call/email/write members of Congress, the Cabinet and news organizations.
I’m not sure how the numbers even compiled. I do know Alt. National Park Service had 30,000+ volunteers out at every No Kings protest that was registered prior to yesterday 💙 That’s why I refer to their count. Quite a strong coalition of people!
We had three protests going on in our community. They lost count at 10,000...too overwhelming for the venue. The NYTimes protest map had two sights in CA. Guess they didn't see the No Kings map of 2000+ protests and that the CA coast was covered in protest dots. I don't know how they could count San Diego for instance where, from the drone footage, then entire waterfront and feeder streets were jammed.
That’s why organizers are asking for photos . There were so many protests around the country. Everyone deserves to be counted. More accurate counts will take awhile.
So, now Adam is going to help you with financial investments? He has failed at every job or relationship he has attempted. He wants you to let this advisor know that he referred you, because he gets a "kicker", a referral fee, he has a personal financial interest in the scheme. Never take investment advice from a lawn maintenance worker or a blogger looking to destroy America and Capitalism. Ponzi schemes and vacuum cleaner pyramid schemes always fail. If you are stupid enough to help fill Adam's pockets, you will get what you deserve. Don't be a chump. Run, run away fast. PS: Adam:"...... trust me, this is very lucrative and Life changing." Bernie Madoff said the exact same thing. If it were so lucrative and life changing, Adam would be all in, and would not have to write his bullshit column.
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FABULOUS ARTICLE AND DAY! You're welcome and ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! My husband and I and quite a few of like-minded seniors ( ALL OVER 70 BY THE WAY) showed up and showed out in Hendersonville North Carolina! Biggest showing we've ever had!
PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! ALL OF US DEMS ARE WITH THE PROGRAM! Thanks again Adam for expressing what we all felt yesterday ( and will continue to feel)!
🇺🇸To My Beloved Grandparents: The Truth Is Still Ours to Share
First, I want to send a warm and hearty congratulations to everyone who took part in the No Kings protest yesterday. From coast to coast, grandparents, parents, and young folks alike stood shoulder to shoulder for truth, democracy, and the America we still believe in. Your voices were heard. Your peaceful presence made a powerful statement: we will not be ruled by fear, lies, or authoritarian fantasies. We’re still “We the People.” And we showed up.
But the march doesn’t end on the streets. After the No Kings protests, I had some heartfelt conversations in my own family—especially about why, in 2024, no one seemed to talk about how much the Biden Administration improved the economy after COVID; they feel this gap in information lead to Trump getting elected. That gap in coverage isn’t an accident—it’s a choice made by media outlets that don’t benefit from reporting progress. But we can help fill that gap. That’s why I want to talk honestly with you today about something that’s been weighing heavily on my heart: the difficulty of knowing what’s true anymore.
🧠
Truth is Hard to Find in Today’s Media World
Local newspapers—our once-reliable sources of community truth—have shut down across the country.
Billionaires have bought up major TV networks and national papers, deciding what gets covered—and what gets buried.
Social media algorithms reward outrage, conspiracy theories, and lies, repeating them endlessly until they feel familiar—even when they’re false.
It’s no wonder so many people feel lost, angry, or misled. Even topics like the economy, which can be measured with numbers and facts, have become battlegrounds for spin and propaganda.
I’ll be honest: the clearest picture of what’s really going on comes from the kinds of things most people don’t have time (or patience) to sort through—economic charts, job statistics, spending patterns, labor market graphs. Economists use these tools every day. But most people don’t, and that’s where the manipulators thrive.
📊
The Truth About the U.S. Economy in 2024—In Plain Language
Let’s remember what really happened:
The entire world shut down in 2020 because of COVID. Every economy crashed.
But in the years that followed, America led the global recovery.
By 2023–2024, we had:
Stronger GDP growth than any other G7 nation
Falling unemployment and rising wages in several key sectors
A powerful rebound in consumer spending that helped other economies recover too
A resilient dollar and global trust in the U.S. financial system
But many people still believe that the Biden Administration left our economy is in ruins. Why? Because they’re only hearing one version of the story—often from partisan outlets like Fox News, that only show what fits their political goals.
The truth doesn’t always make the news because it doesn’t stir anger, drive ratings, or sell ads.

A Call to My Fellow Grandparents
You and I—we remember a different time. We grew up with Walter Cronkite, with local reporters we could meet at the grocery store. We remember when the news was trusted. Today, our kids and grandkids are being misled by a media environment designed to divide and enrage, not inform.
✅ If you believe in the messages I share here, please copy and customize them for your Facebook, emails, or family chats.
✅ Add your voice. Make it personal. Tell your children and grandchildren what you have seen, what you have lived through, and what you still believe in.
✅ If you marched, tell them why. If you stayed home, tell them what you’re standing for.
This is our time to make an impact—not just in protests, but in conversations that shape the future.
Let’s keep showing up, speaking up, and lifting up the truth—because the next generation needs us now more than ever.
Grandma and Great Grandma here. 83 years old and I protested in my small town in Northern Michigan yesterday. Around 300 people and one city policeman patrolling. Very peaceful and so much joy because we were doing something. Our voices were heard. People in wheelchairs were there. From the very old to the very young. I was surprised at the 20's age group that said they didn't want to live this way - that our country was better than this. They are not all listening to trump. Two trumpers went by, one tipping his trump hat to us and the other gunning his diesel truck to give us the fumes. Such class. Everyone else was tooting their horns and raising their hands in solidarity. It was a great day and really kind of reminded me why I am an American. I had a larger flag and traded it with a six year old boy who had a small flag and a picture that he had drawn saying I want peace. When he got the bigger flag, he went thru the crowd waving it and telling people that he didn't like trump or what he is doing. A real patriot.
Fellow American Grandma here, age 72. I shared videos and photos with my granddaughter. I never hesitate (and I try like hell not to do it in a crazy way 😁) to share why I am opposed to trump et al and why I feel the need to protest what's happening in our county. 🇺🇸
In Patterson Park of Baltimore, there were young people, old people, people who seemed barely able to walk with canes and walkers, black, white, brown, tall, short, that really told the American story and the importance of freedom.🇺🇸🇺🇸
So proud of everyone showing up for Democracy, the right to speak freely, the rights of everyone who lives in this country, & especially for those we lost, for those who are fighting for their lives, & for those who have been persecuted all in this past week! And we’re just getting started🥵💪
Thank you to everyone that turned out for No Kings day.💙💙 I wasn't able to participate because of recent surgery but I hope there will be another event so I can do my part 🤞👍
Just supporting this movement is doing your part. I'm sure there will be a lot more protests to come. Personally, I am hoping for one every single week-end with each one growing in numbers of people attending. I know that is a lot to ask of people, but I think saving our country is worth it. Don't give trump and his regime a moments piece.
Thank you for writing this! We all needed yestrrday. 11 protests in VA, including Culpepper, where Trump pardoned the corrupt sheriff. Hot and very humid in Richmond, but lots of us showed up
I hope we get solid numbers soon. In my little city thousands came out and it was amazing to see our community step up like this. Replicate that throughout the nation and I don’t doubt that we were over 12 million!
Im just here to encourage you to find out more about the LAPD and LA Sheriff contingent apparently shooting rubber bullets and teargas at each other by mistake.
It is so interesting that no major newspaper is reporting the estimated number who turned out to watch the military parade. Curious, isn’t it??? Meidas Touch, who were there, thought the number was 10,000. All report that people left early.
My husband and I attended a No Kings demonstration in Annapolis MD. I wonder how many little demonstrations were not counted. There were maybe a thousand or so people. And I saw only maybe a dozen thumbs down or the finger or we love Trump from the cars going by at the Annapolis Mall. There was 3 lanes of constant traffic. We were there from 1 pm to 3 pm.
I suspect that there were a lot of little cities in the US that didn't get counted. The one that I attended in a small town in Northern Michigan, had about 300 and no news coverage. Totally red newspaper. The Republicans had a flag day at the same time as ours and I would suspect that someone from the newspaper and tv station covered it. Don't know for sure.
Yesterday was all about us reclaiming our power. Now it's on to the next protest, next election and next steps to remove Trump and his minions. Also, MAGA doesn't "have the guns." Lots of us Democrats do. We're just smarter about owning them.
I really do not want to see guns come into the equation. Look what happened in Minnesota. We don't want that. Violence has to stop. We have to do this peacefully and fight for what is rightfully ours.

Yes I agree
I live in a small town in Ohio and Indivisible was counting the small towns. We had 431 people attend and 300 in another small town, same county.

Thank you for writing this! We all needed yestrrday. 11 protests in VA, including Culpepper, where Trump pardoned the corrupt sheriff. Hot and very humid in Richmond, but lots of us showed up
4-6 million is impressive but I’ve been seeing much higher numbers. Alt Nat Parks estimates over 12 million! https://bsky.app/profile/altnps.bsky.social/post/3lrni2qvnz22z

We protested in Flagstaff AZ! Great turnout and all were peaceful! Met and chatted with so many nice people.
Love that footage of Trump looking like a sad old fuck. What would have been perfect would have been Nelson from the Simpsons to pop up and go HA HA!
