My usual next day comment - I’ve gotten TWO mailers against the redistricting movement. Was appalled that the first one came from the League of Women Voters! And it was dishonest, writing half-truths about the legislation that the California reps passed.
I’m a firm believer in the bi-partisan committees to create the districts; I even applied to be on the committee. However, what Newsom is doing is even more important. Donated immediately to the drive and offered to volunteer with him. He’s got many ads out there, and email information; like you, however, I’m wondering where the Dem billionaires are for direct mail.
Another awesome session! Did my late arrival have me missing something about why Sam was all “gussied up” in a white dress shirt? 😊 (A very nice look!) Could not make out what was said as we wrapped up. A zillion thanks to Adam and Sam for keeping us tethered to sanity! 💙💙
