I just read the Federal trespassing statute. Was this demonstration outside the fencing? If it was, he can't be charged. I bet they'll hit him with a felony charge, although most cases are brought, if at all, as misdemeanors. and without the permission of municipal authorities. GEO received summonses on Tuesday. It’s not just a protest. It is enforcement of local laws safeguarding the families’ conditions. No one even knows if these families are being fed or being held in shackles in an unfit facility with no one allowed in.
