Terror in America

Schools were closed in Minneapolis today after Trump’s thugs followed up their murder of an innocent American woman by attacking a school and tear-gassing staff. We figure once they learned they could shoot someone in broad daylight and get away with it, they were probably eager to do some more. This morning we are already seeing the thugs tear gas and rough up protesters. Please be safe, Minnesota. We’re sending love and support. Fuck Trump, fuck ICE.

Kudos to Hakeem

We’ve been so busy with Trump illegally invading other countries and killing Americans that we almost forgot that dumbshit let ACA subsidies expire and millions of Americans saw their premiums skyrocket. But there is new reason for hope. Yesterday nine House Republicans crossed the aisle to support Hakeem Jeffries’s discharge petition to force a vote on extending the subsidies. That vote is supposed to happen today, and we expect it to pass. Then we wait and see what the Senate and President Shit-for-brains will do. We’ve still got a ways to go, but we appreciate the House Democratic leader getting this done.

We’ve been over this quite a bit already today, but yesterday Donald Trump’s thugs murdered Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old widow and mother. They refused to let doctors give her medical assistance. Then they smeared her as a “domestic terrorist,” lying about her and saying she tried to hurt the lying agents who murdered her. Her partner saw the whole thing. Her child was at school. We could see photos of bloody stuffed animals in her car. And the president of the United States and his scum said she had it coming. The rage you feel is normal. We’re dealing with soulless psychos, and we won’t forget it for one goddamn second.
