Somehow I never know when you are live, so I haven’t watched this therapy yet, but I have been thinking about Sam a lot lately. I am a couple years older than he, a runner who is dealing with an injury and am in the depressed and frustrated stage of physical therapy. I keep thinking of Sam in that position just a few weeks ago, and now he’s popping up (?) on his surfboard and dragging his finger through waves! Keep me hoping Sam!
I can't figure out how to catch the live show either. I get emails after the fact. At least I can watch when I can. I hope you know about Kinesio tape for your recovery and your therapy goes well.

Baby Brooks is adorable 💜 He spit the pacifier because I'm sure he is flexing to start his own little podcast or will probably want to join Daddy and Uncle Sam soon. OMG I miss my raising babies days. The best work I was ever blessed with was raising my kids and I get to enjoy my grandkids now. Thanks for your work and humor guys.
